Adams Homes

Right now, Adams Homes has multiple developments around the Tampa Bay Area. This includes Abbey Glenn in Dade City, Knights Landing in Lakeland, and Aviary at Rutland Ranch in Parrish. These 3-5 bedroom homes range from $280,000 to $560,000. Upon using an approved Adams Homes lender, the builder agrees to contribute up to a $20,000 seller credit (loan restrictions apply). This credit can be allocated towards closing costs, prepaids, or rates. 

D.R. Horton

Known as America's leading home builder, more people have selected D.R. Horton since 2002. D.R. Horton provides communities and homes that range from entry-level (low 200's) to luxury (high 900s). The affordable Berry Bay Community is located in Wimauma, the highly sought Epperson Ranch in Wesley Chapel, and the newest Harvest Ridge in Zephyrhills. There are too many communities to list. MI Homes

Design is the cornerstone of M/I Homes. They don't design for you, they design with you. If you need a new home fast, the Cedarbrook Community in Riverview is in the final phase of completion. Homes there range in-between 400s - 600s. The pre-construction community, Avalon West is located in Spring Hill. Homes there start in the 300s. M/I Homes is offering $25,000 in Closing Costs OR $25,000 in Included Design Upgrades* (Not to include structural options).
